     I have over 16 years of in the field experience. Starting as a helper and working my way up through the ladder into supervision where I have stayed for the last 6 years as superintendent. Having been in the shoes of each job title I fully understand each career. I have experience in pipe fitting, boiler making, and structural/pipe welding with many contractor and HR contacts. I have worked in many environments including power plants, refineries, paper mills, chemical and ethanol plants. Throughout my career I have come across many welders without the much needed in the field knowledge. I strive to give graduates of this academy true in the field knowledge, as I have for many employees previously, which will provide confidence in his or her work. I am eager to meet, teach, and grow with each and every student!
